Art Lovers’ Retreat is a self-contained one-bedroom cottage above Onetangi, designed for two guests and arranged across two connected pavilions. The main pavilion contains the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, while the adjoining pavilion contains the separate king bedroom. The cottage also has one bathroom, a private deck with outdoor seating and dining space, a BBQ, surrounding gardens and onsite parking for one vehicle. Pets may be considered with approval before booking. Art Lovers’ Retreat is arranged across two connected pavilions, separating the main living area from the bedroom. The main pavilion contains the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. A high gable ceiling and windows provide natural light throughout the day. The fully equipped kitchen provides facilities for preparing meals during your stay, with the dining and living areas located within the same open-plan space. The adjoining pavilion contains the separate bedroom. Bed Configuration Bedroom: 1 × king bed Bathroom with shower Outdoor Area The cottage opens to a wide private deck surrounded by established greenery. Outdoor seating and dining space are provided, along with a BBQ. Parking Onsite parking is available for one vehicle. Art Lovers’ Retreat is positioned above Onetangi. Onetangi Beach is accessible from the property and provides swimming and coastal walking. Dining options in the Onetangi area include Charlie Farley’s, the Beach Store and Three Seven Two. Oneroa Village is accessible by vehicle and has additional cafés, restaurants, shops and galleries. Tantalus Estate, Te Motu, Stonyridge and The Heke are located in and around the Onetangi Valley and can be reached by vehicle. Please note this is a self-catered holiday home, not a fully catered stay. We provide a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper, coffee, tea, and milk to help you settle in on arrival. Once these starter items have been used, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay. Beach towels are only provided at properties with a spa or pool. Guests staying at properties without a spa or pool will need to bring their own beach towels. The property runs on rainwater, so please use water thoughtfully. Pets may be accepted on request, subject to approval before booking. Minimum stays: 7 nights mid-December to mid-January 3 nights on long weekends
