The Marais is one of the most sought-after districts in Paris, where locals and visitors alike enjoy the relaxed ambiance. Thanks to various metro stations within a 5-minute walk from the studio, you can quickly reach all corners of the capital: the Eiffel Tower, the Grand Magasins and the Opéra Garnier, the Left Bank and the Latin Quarter, the Luxembourg Gardens, and the Montparnasse district. Our 25m² studio is located on the 1st floor without an elevator and welcomes you in a warm atmosphere. It can accommodate two people and includes : - A functional and fully equipped kitchen open to the living room: refrigerator, stovetop, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle. A bar table is available for convivial dining. The studio also features a washing machine. - A bright living space with a side table, a double sofa bed, and a television. - A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. - Numerous storage spaces for your personal belongings. - Television and high-speed internet connection (WiFi). - Bed linen and towels are provided. This accommodation is available for MOBILITY LEASES ONLY. The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental agreement designed to facilitate the mobility of tenants, particularly those relocating for professional reasons (transfer or mission), students, and young people in training, apprenticeship, or internship. Our beautiful studio is located in the heart of Paris in one of the most beautiful districts of the capital - the 4th arrondissement of Paris perfectly combines leisure, culture, entertainment, charm, and authenticity. From the grand department stores to the most beautiful historical monuments and essential cultural venues, this district will enchant you with its dynamism and diversity. Although the 4th arrondissement is home to Île de la Cité, Île Saint-Louis, City Hall, and the Centre Pompidou, it is primarily characterized by the Marais, one of the most beautiful and oldest neighborhoods in Paris. Culture, shopping, strolling, and gastronomy abound in this historical district! Early check-in: between 10am and 3pm, subject to availability. Late check-in: between 7pm and 11pm, you'll need to collect the keys from our office. WEEKEND arrival Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe.
