Maximum occupancy is 44 registered guests. ✹ EARLY CHECK-IN ✹ If the house is available, we may be able to accommodate early check-in. We can typically confirm this the night before your arrival. 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM - $100.00 After 1:00 PM - $50.00 ✹ ESSENTIALS ✹ Fresh bath towels and linens are provided for your convenience. To ensure a comfortable start, we provide starter kits including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap. These are designed for the initial part of your visit; should you run out, we recommend purchasing your preferred supplies at your convenience. We provide the cookware and kitchen essentials; please plan to bring or purchase your own cooking oil and spices. A high-capacity washer and dryer are available in the unit. Please note that detergent and dryer sheets are not provided. ✹ EASY ACCESS ✹ Access is easy-breezy. Self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door—you will receive a unique access code valid for the duration of your stay. Start your vacation the moment you arrive with no need to pick up keys. ✹ RESERVATION POLICIES ✹ Processing Fees: For non-Airbnb reservations, any applicable refunds will incur a 6% processing fee. Verification: All guests with confirmed bookings are required to submit a valid ID and sign our Rental Agreement. We use secure property management software to verify your booking.
