Children must be supervised around the hot tub and any pool at all times, and use is at your own risk. Please tell us about any damage or breakage during your stay so we can put it right. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM; please be mindful of neighbors. The minimum age to book is 18. Free parking is available on-site for up to 4 vehicles, which comfortably covers most groups traveling in multiple cars for a family or friend getaway. The private driveway makes loading and unloading beach gear, coolers, and luggage easy, with no need to worry about street parking or competing for spots during busy summer weekends on the island. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and occupancy is limited to 10 guests. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are installed throughout the home. Early check-in may be available if the house is ready — we'll confirm the night before arrival: $100 for 8:00-11:00 AM or $50 after 11:00 AM. Fresh towels and linens are provided (bring your own beach towels), and a starter kit covers toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap for the start of your stay; detergent and dryer sheets aren't included. For non-Airbnb reservations only, approved refunds carry a 6% processing fee regardless of cancellation policy.
