Parking is provided for two vehicles — one in the driveway and one in the marked circle area using the provided parking pass. The HOA enforces parking rules closely, so keep the pass displayed and park only in designated spots. Traveling with more vehicles? Public and paid parking is available nearby. Please return the parking pass and pool fob at checkout; missing items incur a $150 replacement fee. Check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM, with early check-in sometimes available for a fee. This home sleeps 6, with a maximum of 8 registered guests strictly enforced — unregistered visitors aren't permitted. Airbnb guests must have a verified profile with ID on file; direct bookings require a signed rental agreement and a $47 damage waiver fee.
