Using external vendors is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of IDR 2.000.000. Waste Management: Contribute to Bali's sustainable efforts by participating in our waste separation program. We provide three bins for organic, inorganic, and residual waste in your villa. Sustainable Amenities: We provide Sensatia Botanicals, a locally founded skincare brand, as bathroom amenities (hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner). We appreciate your respect for Bali’s natural and cultural heritage. FAQs Q: What time is the check-in policy? A: Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 15:00. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 subject to availability as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time. Q: What time is the check-out policy? A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so. Q: Is breakfast included in the booking? How do we order the chef's service? A: Breakfast is not included in the room rate. However, you can easily arrange breakfast by contacting our reservation or concierge team. We offer a variety of menu options prepared by our dedicated private chef, right in your villa. The cost is IDR 160.000 per person, with a minimum order for 5 guests. For smaller guest groups, Breakfast by Chef is available at an additional surcharge of IDR 100.000 per person. You can indulge in a floating breakfast for an additional fee of IDR 150.000 per tray. For lunch and dinner, we offer enhanced services, including set menus, live BBQ cooking, ethnic cuisines, and even fine dining prepared by a Michelin-star chef, all cooked in the villa.
