Dec 18 – Jan 5 • 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking (non-refundable). • Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival. • No date changes allowed during this season unless force majeure limits travel (valid for 11 months from cancellation). Additional Notes • A US$ 150 administration fee applies for all full refunds via wire transfer. • A 4% deduction applies to refunds for payments made by credit card. • No refunds for seasonality rate changes. • Guests may contact us for special considerations regarding specific reservations. ________________________________________ RULES • No Hookahs: Hookah use is prohibited on the property. • Age Requirement: The reservation holder must be 25 years or older. • Quiet hours: 10pm – 8am. • This is a no-smoking property. • No pets allowed. • Total number of occupants must not exceed the quoted number unless agreed. • The use of any outside vendors—including private chefs, event planners, photographers, or golf cart providers—may be subject to additional fees. All external services must be approved in advance by property management.
