Stay in the heart of Wrightsville Beach and enjoy the luxury of parking your car once and walking everywhere. Our condo is just steps from the beach, restaurants, and shops. This breezy retreat features one bedroom with a king bed, a twin bunk-bed nook, and one bathroom with a walk-in shower—comfortably accommodating up to four guests. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, open-concept dining area, comfy living room, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Plus, beach chairs are provided, so you’re all set to enjoy the beach. Unwind on your private balcony with ocean views or take a refreshing dip in the beachfront pool. We’ve thoughtfully provided everything you need for a relaxing, memorable getaway. Condo amenities - Oceanfront condo building with public beach access – you are just steps from having your toes in the sand - Prime beach location is exactly at one of the lifeguard stands so you can feel secure if you have kids (staffed Memorial Day - Labor Day from 10am - 5pm) - Private 3rd floor balcony with ocean views where you can relax with your morning coffee or evening drink (great spot for people watching too!) - Shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach (no lifeguard) - Beach chairs and an umbrella - One bedroom with a comfy king-size bed and direct access to the private balcony (you can also get to the balcony from the living room). Clearance height is 7ft 3in. No extra parking, any extra vehicles must be parked in public paid street parking. Secured building with door code, elevator, shared outdoor pool overlooking the beach. You will have exclusive access to the condo unit. POOL IS OPEN SEASONALLY Each unit is individually owned and operated. As such, Ultimate Property Management does not have any control over the building and its operations. You must be 25 yrs or older to book - Valid ID will be required No smoking, No pets Check IN is after 4PM Check OUT is before 11AM In order to ensure proper sanitization between each guest there are NO exceptions to this. This unit is Self-Check in you will receive check in instructions VIA EMAIL 24 hours prior to your arrival. Linens are included Bring your own beach chairs & towels.
