The apartment features a master bedroom with a 4-layer all-natural COCO-MAT bed (180 × 220 cm), and a twin bedroom with two 2-layer COCO-MAT beds (90 × 200 cm) that can be connected. There is one bath/WC and one shower/WC, both equipped with a sink and hairdryer. Organic cotton bed linen and towels are provided. The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a Sonos sound system and a smart flatscreen TV compatible with your own streaming services. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, cheese fondue set, and raclette oven. Large windows throughout the apartment offer panoramic mountain views from every room. The spacious terrace is furnished with a garden table, comfortable chairs, and two lounge chairs. A sheltered area is available for bike storage. The Alpin Express cable car is just 100 meters away. A private ski storage room with boot dryer is located inside the building—no need to rent one at the slopes. A laundry room with washer and dryer is also available. House Romaine EG is furnished entirely with handcrafted, all-natural COCO-MAT furniture and is heated using geothermal energy. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests, is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. During the summer season, ALL cable cars and buses in Saas-Fee, Saas-Almagell, and Saas-Grund are included in the rental rate (excluding Metro Alpin and summer skiing). Tourist taxes are NOT included: • Winter: CHF 4.50 / 2.25 per adult / child per night • Summer: CHF 7.00 / 3.50 per adult / child per night Tourist taxes must be paid in cash upon arrival.
