Bedroom Configuration: Master Suite – Ocean View: One (1) King size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, panoramic ocean views, small living room, TV, and Sonos. Junior Master Suite - Ocean View: Two (2) Full size beds, ensuite bathroom with shower, panoramic ocean view, desk and chair, TV, and Sonos. Second Master Suite - Ocean View: Two (2) Full size beds, ensuite bathroom with shower, ocean view, desk and chair, TV, and Sonos. Included Services: - Daily housekeeping - Cook for breakfast preparation (food and beverages not included) - Concierge services - Use of a 6-seater golf cart - Punta Mita Premier Golf membership (additional fees apply) Please note: Gratuities for staff are not included and are recommended based on your experience. Brisas del Pacífico is centrally located within Punta Mita, offering easy access to all the amenities the resort has to offer. Enjoy world-class golfing, tennis, and water sports, or simply relax on the nearby beaches. The town of Punta de Mita is just a short drive away, where you'll find plenty of shopping and dining options. For those seeking adventure, excursions to nearby towns such as Sayulita and San Pancho are also within reach. The method of payment available is via wire transfer. One night refundable security deposit is required. Cancellation Policy: A 100% refund applies if written cancellation is requested 30 or more days prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations requested within 29 days prior to the arrival date shall be non-refundable. For cancellations which fall during the holiday season (Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Easter) a 90-day cancellation policy applies; if cancellation takes place 90 or more days prior to date of arrival a 100% refund applies (minus bank fees if applicable). If cancellation takes place within 90 calendar days of the arrival date, it shall be non-refundable, and the rented days cannot be accredited to alternative dates. House rules: Suitable for children (2–12 years). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. Visits are accepted as long as we are notified in advance. After 10 p.m., loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Eating is not allowed in the pool. Do not put food in the bedrooms. It is not allowed to get on the couches with shoes. No wet clothing on the indoor furniture. Use plastic cups and plates outdoors (provided). No underage driving of the golf cart (licensed drivers only). No drinking and driving of the golf cart. No pets allowed.
