The apartment has instituted a no visitor policy, and a maximum of 4 persons is permitted in the apartment at any time. - In this apartment, no smoking is permitted (including on the balcony). A noise monitor has been installed in the apartment to ensure compliance with these rules. - Rates for 2025/26 have been significantly reduced due to ongoing construction next door to the property. The construction noise levels may vary from extremely noisy to completely quiet, and we cannot provide any guarantees regarding this. By accepting the rate and proceeding with your booking, please be aware that no further compensation will be offered upon arrival or during your stay due to the construction. - Jan 2025 This is a dedicated year-round vacation apartment which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay! Important: The property manager for this property is delighted to inform you that this property is protected by TRUVI. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by TRUVI directly to verify yourself and finalise the process.
