We require this information at least 48 hours in advance to ensure a smooth check-in process. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit is required and must be authorized before check-in: $300 USD for short-term stays (3-27 nights) & $600 USD for long-term stays. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in an $800 USD fine. - No unauthorized parties or events, and no excessive noise after 10 PM. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - One pet is allowed per reservation (cats and dogs only) for a $400 USD fee per reservation.
