This two-story private villa in Long Bay Hills sleeps up to six guests and delivers the best of both worlds: a quiet, secluded setting just ten minutes from Grace Bay's beaches, restaurants, and water sports. The standout? A sparkling private pool surrounded by sun loungers, a fire pit, and a BBQ—your own backyard resort designed for lazy mornings and long evenings under the stars. Bedrooms and Bathrooms All three bedrooms offer privacy and en-suite bathrooms, so no one's waiting for the shower. - Bedroom 1: King bed with a luxurious en-suite featuring both a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower - Bedroom 2: Queen bed with en-suite walk-in shower - Bedroom 3: Two single beds that convert to a king, with en-suite bathroom There's also a half bath on the main level and an air mattress available for kids or extra guests. Living, Dining, and Kitchen The ground floor opens onto a bright living room with a large sofa, smart TV, and direct access to the pool and patio. Upstairs, a second living area gives you space to spread out—perfect for movie nights or curling up with a book. The kitchen comes fully loaded with everything you need to cook at home, including a wine fridge to keep your bottles chilled. A dining table seats the group, and there's a dedicated workspace for anyone catching up on emails between beach days. Outdoor Amenities Step outside and you're in your own private oasis. There is no high chair available. - Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. - Please note that upon booking, you will receive a link to sign our Rental Agreement and upload a copy of the ID of the main guest and all adult guests staying at the property through our secure guest portal. This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $1000 penalty. - No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary. - Pets are allowed (pet friendly for one small dog under 10 lbs). - There is no lifeguard, use the pool at your own risk. - The smoke alarm is very sensitive, please keep the doors closed when using the grill. - For extra guests, a maximum of 2 children and 2 adults can be accommodated. Extra beds and cribs are available upon request, but must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
