Good to know
• This is a two-story property; stairs are required to access the upper-floor bedrooms. • Starter essentials are provided on arrival — drinking water, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper — but are not replenished during the stay. Grocery delivery can be arranged on request. • There are security cameras on the property strictly for guest safety; all cameras face outdoor areas only. • Pets are not permitted without prior approval; an additional fee applies. • Water supply in Turks and Caicos can be limited at times, which may affect water pressure. • For some booking platforms, a $500 security deposit will be placed as a temporary hold on your card before arrival and automatically released after checkout once the property has been inspected. Please note: Our pool loungers, umbrellas, patio egg chair, and beach chairs are temporarily unavailable while we replace them. All other outdoor seating, the pool, and BBQ grill remain fully available for your stay. Please note: Millipedes and similar small tropical insects are common throughout Turks and Caicos due to the warm, humid climate. They are harmless, and while occasional sightings may occur, the property is regularly treated by professional pest control. These insects can still appear from surrounding outdoor areas, especially after rain or during humid weather, which is normal across the island. House Rules: • The main guest must be at least 21 years old to book. • You might be required to present an ID at the time of check-in or when making your reservation. • Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number of guests listed in the reservation. • No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is permitted inside the villa. • No parties or events of any kind are permitted. Music must be kept at a low volume at all times and must not be audible outside the property. • Guests are asked to take out the rubbish at checkout. Failure to do so will incur a $50 charge. • Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning required during or after their stay. • Electricity is included up to $45 per day. The meter will be read before departure, and any excess consumption will be charged to the guest. Please note: This neighborhood operates under HOA regulations restricting excessive noise. Any neighbor complaint relating to loud music, parties, or disturbances may result in a $500 disturbance fine charged to the guest responsible for the reservation. Repeated violations may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. A breach of any house rule incurs a penalty fee of $500.
