This prime location sits within walking distance of popular local restaurants and only minutes from marinas, golf courses, St. Andrews State Park, and Schooners beachfront dining. Set directly on the “World’s Most Beautiful Beaches,” the resort features a seasonally heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, basketball court, shuffleboard, cornhole, a grilling pavilion, picnic tables, and a cozy fire pit. Direct beach access leads to sugar-white sand, chair and umbrella rentals, jet skis, volleyball, and endless coastal activities. This spacious condo accommodates up to 6 guests. The first bedroom offers two Double beds and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for preparing meals, along with an in-unit washer and dryer. The open dining and living area features a flat-screen TV and access to the Gulf-front balcony. The primary bedroom provides a King bed, Smart TV, and private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The balcony is furnished with loungers and chairs—perfect for sunsets and morning coffee. Guests enjoy high-speed internet, quality linens, bath and kitchen towels, and a starter supply of essentials. New Pickleball Court On-Site!
