Sleeps 4 people. Apartment spaces include a lounge, kitchen/dining area, bathrooms/toilets, laundry area and an outdoor balcony area. THE LOUNGE: The lounge is the perfect area of the house to go to whether to relax by yourself, kick back with a friend, watch your favourite Netflix show by logging into your own account or simply take an afternoon nap. There is a flat-screen TV, a small coffee table in the lounge room. THE KITCHEN/DINING AREA: We understand that food is an integral part of every trip, so we have provided a fully equipped modern kitchen that is always ready if you wish to cook up a storm. There is a fridge, microwave, stovetop, electric cooker, steam oven, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery and a medium-sized dining table perfect for any eating needs. Most of our guests don't cook because of our location - there are just so many restaurants for a decent price, a few minutes from where we are! Therefore we don't put on breakfast. *DISHWASHER NOT USABLE* LAUNDRY AREA: Have you split some coffee on your shirt? Or got clothes that need cleaning? Don’t worry! Our laundry area has a large basin, cleaning essentials, a machine dryer and a washing machine for all your basic cleaning needs. There is also an iron and ironing available. It is 16 kilometres south of the Sydney CBD and is part of the St George area. Hurstville is the administrative centre of the local government area of the Georges River Council. The name Hurstville is derived from the English 'hurst', meaning 'a wooded eminence', and 'ville', meaning 'town'. The land of the Hurstville region was granted by the government of the new colony of New South Wales to two men: Captain John Townson and his brother Robert Townson in 1808. Captain John Townson was granted 1950 acres (7.9 km²) of land which is now occupied by the suburb of Hurstville and part of Bexley. Robert Townson was granted the land which is now occupied by Penshurst, Mortdale and parts of Peakhurst. In the event this was booked for a house party, please call Airbnb for a full refund within 24 hours; otherwise we have no choice but to cancel the reservation immediately without refund. You are to eat and drink in the kitchen/living room areas only. •No overnight visitors are permitted •Booked guests are responsible for the behavior of their guests. •The yard is always to be kept clear of garbage and debris. •No smoking, bad language or drugs on the premises. •Smoking, alcohol allowed outside the property with proper disposal. • Guests are required to provide access to their room in order for repairs to be done.
