Located just east of Kanab, you will have plenty of peace, quiet and privacy. East on Hwy 89 from Kanab, the property has a gravel driveway that takes you from the Hwy to the property. There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book and travel guide. Once Upon a Time in America, a wonderful artifact filled museum is locaed just minutes from the property on Hwy 89 and features a car collection and restuarant as well. Grocery stores and dining options are available in Kanab just 5 miles away. Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancelation fee regardless of the cancellation date. Pets MUST be in a crate if left alone in the house. We offer a free concierge service with some great recommendations! Kanab is situated in the "Grand Circle" area and known as the "Hub of the Parks", centrally located among Zion National Park (30 miles), Bryce Canyon National Park (77 miles), the Grand Canyon (North Rim - 80 miles).
