Condo 16 is a 2-storey unit occupying the 2nd and 3rd levels of building C. Condo #16 has been completely remodeled and updated with new appliances, floors and contemporary furnishings to give it a relaxed feel that blends in with the natural beauty of Cayman. Original artwork by local and international artists appear throughout the condo, creating a very unique, intentional space that was inspired by the island itself. "Sweet Sixteen" is a fabulous condo for those traveling with children. The living room, dining room, kitchen and powder room are on the first level. Upstairs, the master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a bunk bed with a full sized bottom mattress.
