Condo 16 is a 2-storey unit occupying the 2nd and 3rd levels of building C. Condo #16 has been completely remodeled and updated with new appliances, floors and contemporary furnishings to give it a relaxed feel that blends in with the natural beauty of Cayman. Original artwork by local and international artists appear throughout the condo, creating a very unique, intentional space that was inspired by the island itself. "Sweet Sixteen" is a fabulous condo for those traveling with children. The living room, dining room, kitchen and powder room are on the first level. Upstairs, the master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a bunk bed with a full sized bottom mattress. Also upstairs are two full size contemporary bathrooms. The upstairs hallway closet is full of snorkel gear, athletic equipment, kites and boogie boards for communal use. There are two televisions, one upstairs and one downstairs with cable and Roku sticks. This condo is located in the middle of the Silver Sands community, and enjoys spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea, the beautiful gardens and pool area.
