Our apartment is ideally located on Rue Caulaincourt, a charming tree-lined shopping street in the northern part of Montmartre in the 18th arrondissement. Our 49m2 apartment on the 2nd floor with an elevator is perfectly optimized and designed to accommodate up to 2 people : - A functional and fully equipped open kitchen to the living room, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. - A welcoming living room furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, coffee table, and television. Note that the sofa can serve as an additional sleeping space by pulling out the seating structure, and there is storage space under the sofa chaise. - A double bedroom with a bed and wardrobe. - A modern bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and a heated towel rack. It offers a functional and elegant space. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine. Numerous storage spaces are at your disposal. Bed linen and towels are provided by us. TV and High-Speed Internet (WiFi) This accommodation is available for a MOBILITY LEASE ONLY. The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental contract designed to facilitate the mobility of tenants, especially those who need to move for professional reasons (transfer or assignment), students, and young people in training, internships, or apprenticeships.
