This well-designed 84 sqm apartment offers a comfortable balance of space, character, and functionality, making it ideal for both short and longer stays. The open-plan living and dining area features high ceilings and a calm, softly lit atmosphere that feels warm and inviting. The living space includes a comfortable sofa, smart TV, and dining table for four. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, an oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all essential cookware. The apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms, both with queen beds. The main bedroom has a window with city and harbour views, facing the street, while the second bedroom is an internal room, ideal for a quiet and restful night. Portable fans are provided for added comfort. The bathroom is modern and well finished, with a walk-in tiled shower and sleek vanity. An in-unit washer and dryer are also provided for convenience. *Please note: The apartment is located on the corner of Queen Street and Commerce Street, in the heart of Auckland CBD. As it is a historic building with original windows that cannot be modified due to heritage preservation rules, some street noise, noise from neighbouring apartments, and occasional roadworks may be heard, especially on weekends. Earplugs are provided.

Any hold will be released or payment refunded within 8-14 days after check-out, provided no damage are found. This is not an extra charge, but a refundable security measure to protect the property.
