The apartment remains fully usable, but some noise and occasional disruption may occur. Our rates have been adjusted to reflect this inconvenience. Stair Access: The lift goes to Level 7. From there, guests need to walk up a narrow staircase of about 20 steps to reach the apartment on Level 8.

A link to complete the form will be sent closer to your check-in date. * As per our damage policy, a NZD $350 refundable damage deposit is required as part of our online check-in process. Guests will be asked to securely provide credit card details through the check-in form before arrival. Depending on the length of stay, the deposit will either be temporarily authorised on your card or charged. Any hold will be released or payment refunded within 8-14 days after check-out, provided no damage are found. This is not an extra charge, but a refundable security measure to protect the property. SELF CHECK IN to this apartment: *Key pick-up location is at a different location from your apartment but is close by. Further self check-in instructions will be sent before your arrival date. *There is NO carpark available for this apartment, please ask for nearby paid options. * There is NO luggage storage available for this apartment. But we can suggest nearby paid options. *Our check-in time is 3pm, for early check-in request, please double check with us in advance for availability. During stay & Departure: * We offer a full set of beddings, linens, and towels for each guest. Additional linens are available for a fee upon request. * Extra cleaning and linens changing services can be arranged during your stay for an extra cost, the same as the cleaning fee per clean.
