This comfortable and character-filled one-bedroom apartment features a double bed, providing a cosy and restful space to unwind after a day in the city. The separate living area includes a Smart TV, dining table, and comfortable seating, making it a practical space for both work and relaxation. Unlimited WiFi is included throughout your stay. The compact kitchenette is thoughtfully equipped with a portable cooktop, microwave, kettle, toaster, plunger coffee maker, mini fridge, and plenty of cupboard space, giving you everything needed for preparing simple meals and refreshments. The private bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and a convenient washer/dryer combo. Please note: There is no AC in this apartment. Fans and portable heaters are provided for comfort. * Please note that this is an inward-facing apartment within a historic Auckland CBD building. Views and natural light are limited, and some street and neighbouring noise may be heard. Scaffolding is currently in place for exterior building works, which may further reduce natural light. Construction noise may occur on weekdays (7am–7pm), and early morning rubbish collection nearby may also cause temporary noise. These works do not affect the use of the apartment.

Pre-Check-In Requirements: *We require a government ID (Passport or Driver's License) and an online check-in form to be completed for the main guest before check-in. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. A link to complete the form will be sent closer to your check-in date. * As per our damage policy, a NZD $350 refundable damage deposit is required as part of our online check-in process. Guests will be asked to securely provide credit card details through the check-in form before arrival. Depending on the length of stay, the deposit will either be temporarily authorised on your card or charged. Any hold will be released or payment refunded within 8-14 days after check-out, provided no damage are found. This is not an extra charge, but a refundable security measure to protect the property. SELF CHECK IN to this apartment: *Key pick-up location is at 125 Queen Street, Auckland CBD. It's a different location from your apartment but is close by. Further self check-in instructions will be sent before your arrival date. *There is NO carpark available for this apartment, please ask for nearby paid options. * There is NO luggage storage available for this apartment. But we can suggest nearby paid options. *Our check-in time is 3pm, for early check-in request, please double check with us in advance for availability. During stay & Departure: * We offer a full set of beddings, linens, and towels for each guest. Additional linens are available for a fee upon request. * Extra cleaning and linens changing services can be arranged during your stay for an extra cost, the same as the cleaning fee per clean. For bookings over 21 days, a mid-stay cleaning is mandatory at the guest's expense. Kindly contact us in advance for any cleaning services. * A starter pack of refreshments and essentials is provided for your initial days; please restock on your own once it runs out. * Our latest check-out time is 10am. Please note, the apartment is located on Queen Street, the busiest part of the city. As it's in a historic building, the windows cannot be altered due to preservation rules, so there may be some city noise, esp on weekends. The bathroom extractor fan runs continuously as part of the building’s ventilation system and cannot be switched off. Earplugs are provided for light sleepers.
