This 72 sqm corner character apartment features two spacious bedrooms, with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, with the master bedroom also opening directly onto the private balcony. The open-plan living and dining area features high ceilings, a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and dining table. The living area also opens onto the west-facing balcony, a great spot to enjoy the afternoon sun and city views. The fully equipped modern kitchen features a large stone island with generous bench space, along with an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and essential cookware and diningware. The modern bathroom features a walk-in tiled shower, large vanity and contemporary fittings. An in-unit washing machine and dryer are also provided for added convenience. Please note: There is no AC in this apartment. Fans are provided for comfort. Please note: The fridge is working but a little noisy. It’ll be replaced soon. We apologise for any inconvenience. Please note: The apartment is located on the corner of Queen Street and Commerce Street, in the heart of Auckland CBD. As it is a historic building with original windows that cannot be modified due to heritage preservation rules, some street noise, noise from neighbouring apartments, and occasional roadworks may be heard, especially on weekends. Earplugs are provided.

Guests will be asked to securely provide credit card details through the check-in form before arrival. Depending on the length of stay, the deposit will either be temporarily authorised on your card or charged. Any hold will be released or payment refunded within 8-14 days after check-out, provided no damage are found. This is not an extra charge, but a refundable security measure to protect the property. For booking more than 21 days, a mid-stay cleaning would be required at guest’s expense, please contact us to request for this cleaning service in advance. *We provide a starter pack of refreshments and essentials that will last for your first few days, please purchase on your own when the stocks are running out. *Our latest check-out time is 10am.
