Description
A one-room flat for two on the eleventh floor of a building on Cerro Barón, built around a queen bed and a kitchen stocked to cook properly: pans, knives, mugs, dishes and wine glasses. A sofa sits by the window, and a wooden table serves for meals and for a laptop. The Barón funicular is fifty metres downhill and the supermarket is across the street at the bottom. Good for a stay of several weeks.

Bathroom · Wide shower behind a glass screen, a washbasin unit, a WC, a window for daylight and a hairdryer. Living and dining Sofa against the window, a table with wooden chairs, plants and a round mirror, with a Smart TV on a low unit. The table doubles as a spot to work on a laptop. Kitchen A wooden kitchenette with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and blender, and a full set of cookware, knives, utensils, dishes, mugs, glasses and cutlery. In the building Rooftop pool for the summer season, green areas and a terrace facing the ocean, a cafe with its own bar on the ground floor and a shared lounge looking over the bay. Laundry room in the building, lift and front desk. This flat comes without parking, so a car has to be left outside the building.

📋 Good to know before you book 🏡 This is a residential, family building: please keep noise down, especially at night. ❌ Visitors or additional people beyond those registered on the booking are not allowed. 🚭 Smoking is not permitted in enclosed public or shared spaces (Chilean Tobacco Law No. 20.660). 🔥 Heating is available during the winter season. 🏊 The pool operates in the summer season only, Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 to 21:30. It closes on Mondays for maintenance, and there may be partial maintenance on Thursdays or Fridays. 🧼 Building laundry available 24 hrs (pay per use, key subject to availability). ℹ️ The building management applies fines of 1 to 3 UTM for breaching the rules on the use of common areas. 🎁 We welcome you with a complimentary amenity set for your first day: soap, shampoo, toilet paper, a bin bag and kitchen paper towels. The Neighborhood
🏙️ Cerro Barón, Valparaíso A traditional, residential and well-connected hill with views over the whole bay. The Barón funicular is 50 metres from the building and takes you straight down to the flat part of the city. At the foot of the funicular, down in El Plan: 🛒 Jumbo supermarket, right across the street 💊 Pharmacies, off-licences and neighbourhood shops 🍽️ Restobars and local eateries 🚌 Buses and shared taxis to the centre, Viña del Mar and the other hills 🚉 Barón station on the Valparaíso Metro The building itself has a café with a panoramic view over the bay, a good spot for breakfast or an unhurried coffee. From here you are minutes from the waterfront, from the heritage hills Alegre and Concepción, and from the port.
Guest Access
🕒 Check-in and access In-person check-in at reception, available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (after that we have no staff in the building to receive guests). 🧾 On arrival, please announce yourself at the concierge desk. 🪪 The condominium requires ID for every guest registered on the booking in order to authorise entry. 👤 A HOM host meets you and walks you up to the apartment. 🔐 The apartment has a manual key lock.
