Our two stunning side-by-side townhomes offer the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, featuring a total of 8 spacious bedrooms, 8 private bathrooms, and 26 cozy beds. Whether you’re hosting a family reunion, a group retreat, or a celebration with friends, our homes can easily accommodate everyone. Each townhome is beautifully appointed with modern furnishings, fully equipped kitchens, and plenty of living space for relaxation. The highlight? Enjoy panoramic views and fresh air from the rooftop patios – the perfect spot for evening sunsets or morning coffee with your loved ones. Whether you want to explore the city or unwind in comfort, our townhomes provide the perfect base for your adventures. There is a private one-car garage available to you for each unit (two total for your group). Any other vehicles we recommend parking in a nearby pay garage. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $89 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
