Located in the heart of the 14th arrondissement of Paris, the Rue du Lunain district is a picturesque enclave that offers an authentic experience of Parisian life. Renowned for its relaxed artistic atmosphere, explore the small art galleries, vintage boutiques and artistic cafés that dot the surrounding streets. Every street corner can reveal a new work of art or a unique find. Just a short walk from the flat, Parc Montsouris offers a green escape in the heart of the city. Enjoy a relaxing stroll around the lake, admire the 19th-century architecture and enjoy a picnic in peaceful surroundings. This location allows you to explore Paris using easily accessible public transport. You can quickly reach the 4 corners of the capital and discover the various emblematic sites of the city: the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs-Élysées, the Louvre Museum, the Sacré Coeur ... This cosy flat comprises: - A welcoming living area comprising a lounge with cosy sofas, a side table, a television for relaxing and a dining table; - A fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave and dishwasher; - One bedroom with a double bed and a discreet wardrobe; - A second bedroom with a single bed, a chest of drawers for storing your clothes and a desk; - The modern bathroom with shower and large washbasin; - A separate WC for extra privacy; - A washing machine is also available; - Storage space - Bed linen and towels are provided. - High-speed Internet connection (WiFi) This flat is much more than just a home, it's a cocoon of comfort. Experience Paris in a space that combines conviviality and functionality. This flat is available for a mobility lease ONLY. The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental agreement. It is designed to facilitate the mobility of tenants, particularly those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or assignment), students, young people on training, work experience or work placements. The 14th arrondissement of Paris is a residential neighbourhood in the south of the city. It is known for its peaceful atmosphere and tree-lined streets, providing a pleasant contrast to the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The district is home to charming cafés, lively markets and iconic monuments such as the Tour Montparnasse. It is also the resting place of many famous artists at the Montparnasse cemetery. Arrival on WEEKEND Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe.
