Requests must be made at least 48 hrs in advance. ________________________________________ PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY Jan 6 – Dec 17: • 50% due at booking • Remaining 50% due 60 days prior to arrival • Cancellations 60+ days before arrival are refundable; 59 days or less are non-refundable Dec 18 – Jan 5 & Thanksgiving Week: • 50% due at booking (non-refundable) • Remaining 50% due 90 days prior to arrival • No date changes allowed unless force majeure (valid for 11 months from cancellation) • No refunds for rate differences due to seasonality Note: A US$150 admin fee applies to all full refunds if payment was via wire transfer.
