Here's the description of our 25m2 apartment on the 6th and top floor without an elevator, perfectly optimized and designed to accommodate up to 2 people: - A living room with a sofa, a television, and abundant natural light, providing a breathtaking view of Paris. - An open kitchen fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, and microwave. The apartment also includes a washing machine. - A double bedroom with a bed and storage. An ensuite bathroom features a shower and a sink. - A separate macerator toilet. - High-speed television and internet (WiFi) ensure seamless connectivity. - Sheets and towels are thoughtfully provided for your comfort. This accommodation is available for MOBILITY LEASES ONLY. The short-term mobility lease facilitates the mobility of tenants, especially those moving for professional reasons (transfer or mission), students, and young individuals in training, apprenticeship, or internships.
