The Treehouse is a private, cozy, modern retreat in the hippest area of Mt. Pleasant - right between downtown & the beaches for easy access to both. Located less than 5 mi. from Sullivan's Island, less than 2 mi. from the Cooper River Bridge (to downtown Charleston), and just a short walk from Shem Creek, you won't find a better place to stay in the Holy City. *Minimum age required to rent: 21 years old. Upon entering, you will find a full kitchen complete with fridge/freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker (coffee and fixings provided), dishes, cooking utensils and pots and pans. Find some R&R in the living area with a local magazine or wide screen tv with cable. Enjoy a cup of coffee in our dining area as you gaze out the window at the majestic oak trees. Rest your eyes in a spacious separate bedroom complete with a large closet, dresser, and washer/dryer. Escape to a spa-like experience in the walk-in shower and private bathroom. Soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer are available. Private parking (limit one vehicle) is just outside the residence. The neighborhood boasts a newly updated playground equipped with swings, a playset, monkey bars and plenty of space to keep your little ones entertained. The neighborhood is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Ideally this is a cozy space for a couple or small family. The sofa does pull out into a queen bed, so the listing can accommodate up to 3 guests. Please note the booking fees reflect the price for two guests.
