LIVING AREA The large great room contains a dining space, sofa, three chairs, a flat screen TV with a sound bar, and a lovely wine bar. The Kiva fireplace and leather reclining chair finish out the comfortable room. KITCHEN The clean modern kitchen is perfectly set up for a home cook. It features a range with two ovens, a stainless vent hood, wine cooler, disposal, farmhouse sink, large refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. BED AND BATH The bedroom has a king bed, a large closet and dresser, and is surrounded by coveted mud & straw walls. The spacious and light filled bathroom features large shower with seamless glass doors, double vanity and a beautiful clerestory window. OUTDOOR SPACE The shaded stone patio has a table and chairs and Weber grill, perfect for outdoor cooking and dining. A second garden is through the latilla fence through the gated latilla fence, you can access a lovely garden shaded by old trees, which contains a sofa, lounge chairs, and a dining table.
