The living area is arranged to keep the harbor view at the center of the stay, with glass doors opening toward the water and a patio just outside. Inside, two sofas create an easy place to read, watch a movie, or take in the boats moving across Newport Harbor. The condo has a bright, refreshed feel with light flooring, soft coastal tones, and thoughtful nautical details throughout. The kitchen is neatly updated, with full-size appliances, a dishwasher, white cabinetry, and everything needed for an extended Newport stay. A small table near the living area offers a place for meals, laptop time, or planning the day around town. The bedroom has a queen bed, water views through the window, and storage for longer stays. The full bathroom includes a tub and shower combination with a refreshed vanity. Outside, guests have access to the community pool during the open season, along with a parking lot for vehicles.
