This spacious 2BR guest house is detached from the main house, and is totally private and quiet. It is walking distance to a dozen bars and restaurants, ponce city market, and piedmont park. 30 day minimum (some exceptions) and priced for longer term stays. Prices vary based on dates. This guest house can comfortably accommodate 4 people, or 6 using the sofa bed. Open concept living and dining area, spacious master bedroom with plenty of closet space. Perfect for your short or long-term stay. Central A/C and heat, in unit laundry, fiber high speed wifi, and HD cable TV. Guests will have convenient key-less entry, and access to the entire private space. This is an older detached structure behind our home, but was updated in 2022 with a new bathroom, carpet, and furniture. The master bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom is a little small with a queen bed (see photos). Free street parking. Midtown is one of Atlanta's oldest neighborhoods. It's a unique mix of homes and apartments, close to offices, conference centers, and Georgia Tech. This is a very walkable area of the city, offering visitors dozens of food and entertainment options within a few minutes walk.
