Once inside, you're greeted by a large light-filled space with expansive windows overlooking the lakefront, parks, and the surrounding neighborhood. Interior design is a passion of ours and the chic furnishings reflect that! There is fast internet, a smart TV with Roku, and comfortable modern furniture to lounge on. The kitchen and living room are open and very spacious. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and all the tools you need to cook a great meal. We have 2 counter stools and a 4 person dining table. Plenty of room to dine comfortably or to use as an additional workspace. The large master suite has lake views, a sitting area, a massive walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. It also has a desk that can be used as a workspace. For each guest, the comfortable beds have crisp, clean linens and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and bath products. Sleeping arrangements are as follows: Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Queen bed Living Room: Full size sleeper sofa We provide towels, clothes iron, cleaning supplies, etc. and there is an in-unit washer and dryer. The building has a doorman and thoughtful amenities including a gym, a rooftop terrace with sun beds and lounge seating, a gourmet coffee shop, and an indoor club room with a pool table that can be enjoyed during colder weather.
