Amenities like Cable TV & High Speed Wifi are available, as well as Beach Gear for Hawaii's adventures. The Furniture is inviting & comfortable. The Living Room has a pull out sofa! Take the spiral staircase to the spacious loft, which has wood accents, vaulted ceilings, a comfortable queen sized bed & 2 bunk beds! The 2nd Bedroom is considered the Loft, which is quite comfortable! The kitchen is absolutely perfect! #6305's kitchen has been beautifully upgraded and features beautiful appliances, as well as all of the culinary essentials necessary to prepare your favorite meals. An eat-in space with seating for two is located off the kitchen, while the lanai makes an ideal space to relax and enjoy the ocean views as well as extended seating for meals. Enjoy an amazing night of sleep in the primary bedroom. A wonderful king-size bed in this space to enjoy! Wonderful large windows allows you to awake to ocean views every morning. You'll find every comfort at your fingertips in the bathroom, which features a walk-in shower with a glass block wall, beautiful granite countertops & a vessel sink. The Kona Makai complex is a beautifully maintained & highly sought after Ocean Front Complex located on famous Alii Drive, just 1.3 miles from Kona town. This wonderful complex features and includes beautifully manicured tropical grounds, ocean front pool and spa, sunny lounge area, two work out rooms, eating area w/ gas BBQ’s, tennis courts, ping pong table, ample parking, and is gated during the night for security. **All guests are required to sign a rental agreement with Knutson & Associates Property Management in addition to purchasing a Damage Protection Plan or providing a Security Deposit if they stay at this property. Inquire within for specific details** **All Reservation Requests greater than 12 months in Advance MUST be approved in advance by the Broker In Charge. Rates are subject to change.** **FYI: Spalling Repairs are to commence at Kona Makai on Buildings#1, 2 and 3 are scheduled to commence as of 4/15/24 & will go on for an unforeseen amount of time according to the development. ** The location was perfect. The place was clean, the bedding was comfy, there were a lot of great perks like dish and laundry detergent, coolers, beach umbrella and chairs. The view should have been spectacular. Overall it would have been great and my only complaint would have been that it was very hot when we arrived. With both acs on full blast it still took 2 days to cool down and the loft didn't ever get below 79. The real issue was that 2 hrs before we arrived we were informed that there was spalling work on our balcony. There was an asterisk on the website that it was possible starting April of 2024. There was no world in which I figured that meant they would rope off our balcony and have active construction work occurring during my visit. I was hugely disappointed. The place would have been great. But the loss of balcony (due to dust, equipment, active construction work and 1/4 being roped off) grossly detracted from our experience Our family of 5 had a wonderful time in this apartment. The main bedroom had a very comfortable bed and lovely furniture. The upstairs had comfortable bunk bed that worked out great for our teens. The second bed was also great. It was sparkling clean which is super important to us. It was the cleanest place we ever stayed in Hawaii. We really enjoyed our mornings on the lanai, watching the ocean and dolphins. Most of the appliances were like new. We enjoyed our evenings in the pool/ hot tub and sitting by the ocean. The grounds were beautiful too. We will definitely stay again when visiting Kona Aloha!
