Welcome to this charming 17 m² studio apartment on the 2nd floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on rue Vavin in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away. The studio is furnished with double sofa bed 140 x 200. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: mini fridge, microwave, stove, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months. Families welcome Need a cot or high chair? If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up! Check-out: By 10:00 AM. Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection. Max guests: 2 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable. Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout. Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events. The 6th arrondissement — Saint-Germain-des-Prés — is one of Paris’s most elegant and intellectually rich neighbourhoods. Once the home of Hemingway, Sartre, and Simone de Beauvoir, the area still retains a refined bohemian character: the famous Café de Flore and Les Deux Magots are here, alongside excellent bookshops, art galleries, and a superb food market on Rue de Buci. The Luxembourg Gardens are a short stroll away, and the Seine, the Louvre, and Notre-Dame are all within comfortable walking distance. Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.
