Welcome to Serene on Seventeen, a stylish retreat in the gated Pointe Royale community of Branson, Missouri. Perfect for golf lovers, this charming home places you steps from Pointe Royale’s scenic 18-hole course. You’ll also enjoy indoor and outdoor pools, a rejuvenating hot tub, fitness center, tennis courts, and clubhouse. Beautiful walking trails and resort-style grounds create a relaxing atmosphere, all just minutes from Branson’s live shows, dining, and attractions. Inside, this home is designed with both couples and small groups in mind, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. The open kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, complete with a Keurig, dark countertops, and counter seating for four, plus all the comforts of home. Gather around the dining table for four to share a meal before heading into the sunlit living room, where a smart TV invites you to kick back and relax. Large doors open to your private covered balcony, where a cozy table for two sets the stage for al fresco dining with serene views—a perfect way to start or end your Branson adventures. This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • This home is located on the top floor, requiring 16 steps to reach the main entrance. • Lot parking is available for 1 vehicle on a first-come, first-served basis. A required parking pass will be provided at the gate. • Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. • Washer and dryer in home. • This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 20 lbs, may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $125 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. • Portable crib available. • Long-term stays allowed. • The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. • Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason. This enviable location places you within 10 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
