Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and a smart TV. Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, a fireplace, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower. This home includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • This home is a main-level, walk-in unit no steps required. • Lot parking for 2 vehicles available. Passes will be provided in the unit upon arrival. Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. • Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. • Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. • This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional flat Pet Fee of $125 that is not included in your final booking cost.
