The first room boasts a queen bed, a gas fireplace, an en-suite bath, and access to the backyard. The second lower-level room also has a queen bed, an en-suite bath, and access to the backyard hot tub. The final lower-level bedroom is great for sharing, with 2 twin beds and curtains around the beds for added privacy. Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C. Please note, guests can park in the garage and driveway, but there is absolutely no street parking allowed. The HOA prohibits trailers from being parked in the driveway, or anywhere visible from the street. If you are bringing a trailer, please coordinate with our team to ensure it will fit in the homes garage. Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use! Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
