House Rules and Terms

$500 unauthorized animal fee. We do not accept pets or emotional support animals. Please do not bring them. We host family in this home and one of them has very strong allergens. No pets are allowed at this property. We serve guests and family with allergies (sometimes very extreme) and have to do a thorough dander and hair removal process if someone brings an animal into the home. Any unauthorized animal will incur a $500 fee. Please do not bring animals into the home.
