Cancellation policy: 100% Refund if canceled at least 90 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled with more than 60 calendar days, before the start date, less than 60 calendar days there’s no refund. For cancellations during the holiday seasons a non-refund policy is in place and the rented days cannot be accredited to alternative dates. House rules: Suitable for children (2–12 years). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. After 10:00 p.m., loud music is not allowed; please maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles within the condominium. No pets allowed.
