Each villa offers its own private pool and a 120-foot private dock, creating the perfect setting for water lovers and boaters. The duplex setup ensures privacy and tranquility, with only the shared laundry room and staircase as common areas leading to the upstairs units. Both villas have their own entrances with self check-in via smart lock access, allowing you to arrive on your own schedule while maintaining a secure and seamless experience. On-site boat trailer parking is available for guests, and we provide a home handbook with local recommendations for boat, kayak, paddleboard, and bike rentals, as well as nearby services and activities. During hurricane season, the handbook also includes clear guidelines and protocols for your safety and peace of mind. Inside your villa, you’ll find: • A master suite with a king bed • A second bedroom with a 3-tier bunk bed (one full-size bed + two twin beds) • A second master bedroom on the first floor with private entrance, en suite bathroom, and walk-in closet • Smart home technology for AC, Lighting Wi-Fi, and TVs/appliances • A starter pack of essentials: paper towels, toilet paper, dish & laundry detergent, dish soap, trash bags, dish sponge, and bathroom toiletries The property also includes a commercial ice maker and bait freezer for anglers and boaters to make the most of their Florida Keys fishing adventures. We’re located just a 5-minute walk from Sombrero Beach, one of the most beautiful stretches of sand in the Keys, and within walking distance to the Florida Keys Country Club golf course, waterfront dining, local bars, and grocery stores. Important to note: • A signed guest agreement (via DocuSign) is required before check-in (email address needed). • No pets and no smoking allowed, boat lift is NOT for guest use. • Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. • Outdoor Ring cameras are installed for safety and security. • Housekeeping is required at the end of your stay (included in the booking). • Guests must follow checkout procedures and house rules to avoid additional fees. • Private pool may be heated/chilled available upon request for an additional $250/week + tax. • EV Charger/Tesla ONLY charger available upon request for $50/week + tax. • The host is available via the app at all times for any questions or concerns, we are just as excited to share our new space with you!
