This centrally air conditioned 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo can comfortably accommodate up to six vacationers. Cook up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen showcasing stainless steel appliances and spacious granite countertops. Share the meal at the unique round glass-topped dining table. After the day in the sun, relax on the couch in front of the flat screen TV. Feel free to connect to the wireless internet to search for a popular dessert spot! Settle in for a restful night sleep in the master bedroom which features a king size bed, built in flat screen TV and a little office space area. You'll have access to the private wrap-around balcony and in-suite newly remodeled bathrooms with both shower and tub. Our home is extensively sanitized between stays. Come and enjoy! Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures. Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house. Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high. Important Note: Guest gives permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. This property location makes both land and water activities readily available for guests.
