Explore the Jardim de São Lázaro, a verdant oasis just steps away, ideal for relaxing or having a picnic. Within a few minutes' walk, you'll find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and local shops reflecting the authenticity of Portuguese cuisine and culture. Avenida dos Aliados and the Douro River are a short distance away, making it the perfect location for exploring Porto. The Campo 24 de Agosto metro station, an 8-minute walk away, offers easy access to other areas of the city. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds any evidence of a violation (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied. If you require a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). If you lose the key, a replacement fee will apply (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a €40 charge after 7 PM. If the key is left in the lock and a technical intervention is needed, the cost will be determined upon request. We offer a transfer service that will take you directly to the apartment! The tenant agrees to allow the host's staff access to the property for inspections whenever requested, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.
