This listing contains two properties beside each other, both are two-story and have 2 bedrooms each where the beds are arranged like this: 🛏 8 Beds 🛋 2 Sofa bed Accommodates 14 guests Master 1 : 1 Queen, 1 Twin Room 2 : 1 Queen, 1 Twin Master 3 : 1 Queen, 1 Twin Room 4 : 1 Queen, 1 Twin Each house has a Sofa bed in the living room 2 Laundry Rooms 2 Kitchens 2 Living Rooms ⚠️Please note that since we don’t charge extra for additional guests, we only provide bedding and towels for the same number of beds, and also always double check the number of beds, as some guests mistake the number of beds with the sofa beds however, sofa beds won’t come with bedding. -NO PARTIES ALLOWED -Quiet enjoyment all the time during the reservation, - No loud noise or music during the entire stay after 10 PM or before 7 AM as we have close neighbors and that will disturb them. This is a very quiet neighborhood and guests and/or their invitees must drive very slow and safe in the neighborhood. - No gatherings, smoking or drinking outside in the front of the property. - NO locals under 25 years old of age are allowed to book this house for the weekend BRAKING ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES WILL CAUSE CANCELING YOUR RESERVATION AND IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUNDS. Please make sure you don’t leave your pets alone in the house 📌 Reservation Changes, Early Check-Outs, and Moving Dates Please note that shortening your reservation, checking out early, or requesting to move your stay to different dates is treated the same as a cancellation. Once your reservation begins, the dates are blocked exclusively for your group, and we are unable to guarantee rebooking the unused nights on short notice — even during high season. We operate under a rental arbitrage model and carry fixed costs including rent and daily operational expenses for each property. Because of this, we cannot afford to leave the home vacant, and therefore cannot offer refunds or date changes after the reservation has started. We appreciate your understanding.
