Upon entering the home, you’ll be greeted by our cozy open concept living room and kitchen. Stairs located near the back of the cabin will take you to the upstairs loft. Our living room is the perfect spot to sit back, relax, and unplug. Here, you’ll find our grey sectional, two rocking chairs, and a large natural wood-burning fireplace. Step into our fully stocked kitchen, where you’ll find barstool seating for four with a bar overlooking the living room area. This includes a small nook to the left with a coffee bar, refrigerator, and microwave. When it’s time to turn in for the night, make your way upstairs and sink into our Master Bedroom, complete with a King-size bed. Back on the main level, you’ll find Twin beds located to the left of the front door. Here, you will find our Roku TV and board games for the family to enjoy. Joining the twin room and coffee bar area, you will find the shared bathroom equipped with a newly renovated shower. Outside, unwind in either of our two outdoor spaces! On the front porch, you will find two chairs and a porch swing. On the back deck, you’ll find our outdoor dining table, two deck chairs, hammock, and fire pit. The property features a stocked fishing pond and walking trails. ★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies. - There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
