Rock Villa is situated in the famous Clifton 3rd beach. This luxurious villa comprises four double en-suite bedrooms, and spacious open plan living opening onto sunny terraces. The house also comes with a heated swimming pool and sunbathing area which leads you directly onto the beach. Rock Villa is beautifully designed with all bedrooms en-suite and decorated in a fresh contemporary beach style. The master bedroom is located upstairs with wonderful sea views and doors that lead onto the upper terrace. Downstairs there are three further en-suite bedrooms, all with French doors opening onto the garden and pool area. You will feel like you are right on the beach, in one of the iconic Clifton beach houses and will no doubt enjoy days by the pool or on the beach and evenings infront of the wonderful African sunsets. As with all Clifton 3rd beach houses, it should be noted that the house is located down quite a few beach steps from Victoria Road so will not be suitable for those who are unable to manage the steps. Parking is on Victoria Road. The house is secured with an alarm system and includes a daily house-keeping service, Wi-Fi, and a house manager should you need anything. Camps Bay is a short walk away and Table Mountain and the centre of Cape Town can be reached within a 10 minute drive.
