Children must be supervised around the hot tub and any pool at all times, and use is at your own risk. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM; please be mindful of neighbors. ✹ EARLY CHECK-IN ✹ If the house is available, we may be able to accommodate early check-in. We will be able to confirm the night before your arrival. - 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM - $100.00 - After 12:00 PM - $50.00 ✹ ESSENTIALS ✹ - Fresh bath towels and linens are provided for your convenience. - To ensure you have a comfortable start to your stay, we are happy to provide you with starter kits that include essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap. These starter kits are designed for the initial part of your visit. In the unlikely event that any of these items run out during your stay, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies at your convenience. - There is a washer & dryer available in the unit to use if needed. Detergent & dryer sheets are not provided. - We provide the cookware and kitchen essentials; please plan to bring or purchase your own cooking oil and spices. ✹ Access is easy-breezy. Self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - you will have your own unique access code, good for the duration of your stay. Start your vacation from the moment you arrive – no need to pick up keys or make your own bed. For NON-AIRBNB reservations only, any applicable refunds will incur a 6% processing fee. Starting November 1, all guests with confirmed bookings will be required to submit a valid ID and sign the Rental Agreement.
