It is a three-minute walk to award-winning beaches featuring emerald turquoise waters and sugary sand beaches. This property overlooks the Intracoastal, teeming with activity. You'll see everything from fishermen to dolphins and speed boats to blue herons. The complex sits back off of Gulf Boulevard giving it a more private and quiet feeling. They were built in 2002 making them one of the newer complexes in Indian Shores. You will enjoy the private tropical heated pool with guest baths and the private fishing pier and dock.
