Perfectly located in the famous Marais district, one of the trendiest, chic and lively in the capital, our apartment is ideal for a successful Parisian getaway with family or friends. Apartment for 5 people with air conditioning and an area of 75 m² located on the 2nd floor with elevator is arranged as follows: - 1 welcoming living room equipped with a WIFI television - 1 dining area with table and chairs for 6 people - 1 fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (fridge, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishwasher) - 2 bedrooms with queen size bed (160cm) - 1 bedroom with single bed - 2 modern bathrooms with sink, shower, toilet and hairdryer - 2 toilets (1 in each bathroom) - 1 small laundry area with washing machine, ironing board and iron, drying rack is at your disposal The 2 bathrooms are adjoining the 2 double bedrooms The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest the cleaning is carried out by professional agents. My apartment is ideally located in the center of Paris at the foot of the famous Rue de Bretagne You won't know which to choose between the romantic Place des Vosges - the oldest square in Paris -, the Hôtel de Ville or the famous national Picasso museum which is located a few minutes' walk from the accommodation. At the bottom of the building you will find the Enfants Rouges covered market, a meeting place for Parisians. To taste the best falafels in Paris, head to rue des Rosiers, at As du Falafel, 900m away on foot. For fashion lovers, the Marais is undoubtedly one of the best areas of Paris for shopping!
