Gather with friends around the outdoor fire pit or relax in the hot tub surrounded by a canopy of trees. "We had a wonderful stay! The place is even better than in the pictures!" - Dayana You will have access to the entire property which includes a fire pit, hot tub, outdoor park grill, and rear deck seating area. The interior features an open concept area with kitchen, dining, and great room in the center chamber. There is a king suite on each end of the cabin with its own bathroom. One bedroom contains a bunk room with a set of twin bunk beds (designed for guests 160 pounds or less). This is located in a neighborhood made up of predominantly short term rental cabins. The cabin is easily accessible via paved roads and freshly paved driveway. This is located on a dead end street so walking is easy with very little traffic. Only 10 minutes to Helen and 15 to Lake Burton There is no smoking inside the unit. No pets are allowed. If either rule is broken you will be asked to leave immediately. Now through Nov. 2, Georgians can celebrate Bavarian culture with German food, beer, music, dancing, and more at the 55th annual Oktoberfest in Helen. The iconic festival is the longest-running Oktoberfest in the United States. The event is open for an additional week this year to celebrate its 55th anniversary. The Oktoberfest operates every Thursday to Sunday until Sept. 21 and will be open daily starting Sept. 25. Admission is $10 Monday to Thursday, $15 on Friday and Saturday, and free on Sundays.
